HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 0028the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the Mounds View Village Hall in Arden Hills, on Tuesday, November 3, 1959, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., with the following members present: Mayor Gibson; Clerk Smith; Councilmen Hodges, Christensen, and Malvin and the following members absent: None moved its adoption: •r EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILL.aGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice taiereof, a regular meeting of Member Gibson then introduced the following resolution and 450LUTION DETERMINING THE NECESSITY AND EXPEDIENCY OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A WATERWORKS UTILITY; AND CALLING AN ELECTION THEREON. NIT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of n4:4 View, Minnnesota, as follows: 4 41100 That it is hereby found, determined and declared that it is necessary and expedient for the Village to construct, own and EsO opera a mpterworks plant as a public utility.
