EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILL.aGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice taiereof, a regular meeting of
Member Gibson then introduced the following resolution and
450LUTION DETERMINING THE NECESSITY AND EXPEDIENCY
OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A WATERWORKS UTILITY;
AND CALLING AN ELECTION THEREON.
NIT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of
n4:4 View, Minnnesota, as follows:

That it is hereby found, determined and declared that it is
necessary and expedient for the Village to construct, own and

opera a mpterworks plant as a public utility.
(2) That a special election is hereby called to be held in and
gpr the Village of Mounds View on the proposition of whether
the Villa °e' ahquld establish and construct a waterworks syste =m for the
Village Said election shall be held at the time and place specified in

week prior to the election, and by posting copies of said notice at the
polling places and at three other public and conspicuous places within
