Villages of Blaine, Spring Lake Park, Circle Pines, Lexington and Moundsvlew

WHER&.S, this area comprises a territory of more than 4 designated cities
and villages, mad
WHEREAS, the entire territory of each of these municipalities is to be
included in the hospital district, and
WHEREAS, this (Village r41979 is contiguous at at least one point to
the territory of one or more of the other cities or villages included in the
proposed hospital district, and
WHEREAS, none of these municipalities are located within a duly constitued
or organized hospital districts, and
WHEREAS, in the considered judgment of this, the C[';'4% of

�tC•laaf2e44.4 it is of the utmost importance and urgency that hospital
facilities be made available to the people located within its area, and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish this and for the purpose of acquisition,
betterment, operation, maintenance and administration of a hospital, nursing home
facilities, or such other hospital servile, that in the judgment of the hospital
board would be necessary, this can be accomplished most expeditiously and
eceonomically by the formation of a hospital district to include the area above

NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVEb that the (village iw oodoky) of
do hereby establish that tL,_ir municipality in its entirety is hereby
included in the proposed hospital district or such portion of it as shall ultimately
be established so long as it has at least 4 municipalities in number and
so long as they are contige):s to one of the mther municipalities who ultimately

AID FURTHER Pr TT 4 1150tVED that this resolution shall be considered to be in
satisfaction of any and all requirements that may have been anticipated
for the purpose of joining this municipality to a hospital district as said,
requirements are set forth in Chapter 570, Minnesota Session Laws 1959."
