WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of M -unds View previous-

WHEREAS, it has been deteriniteri that a method of full and
aomp1ete disposal of sewage is a teed not only existing for the Village of
Mounds View but for carious othee muni a palities located near the 'Village
or Mo;::,de View, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the needs of the Village of Founds
View as to a complete system or sewage diapoea1 can reasonably be achieeed
and obtatrs,ed under a mutual agreemennt for the construction, maintenance awe
operation of such a system aith one or more other munnicipalitiee, and
WHEREAS, it appear in the best intereet cf the Village of
Mounds View that it study and gr estlgate the feasibility and advisability
of such a system,
NOW THEREFORE, B :*,T RESOLVED by the Council of the Will 3e
of Funds View:
Section 1, That upon receipt from any other munieipality
of a resolution similar in 'ontent and meaning
to thin resolution the Village Clerk, the Consulting Engir,=
eer, and Village Attorney of the Village of Mounds View are
hereby authorized and directed to ant in cooperation with
the officers, engineers and attorney of such other municipal-
ity or municipalities, and thereafter. as soon as they are
able, to report their findings to this Council.
Suction 2. That the Clerk of the Village of Mounds View
shale, upon receipt of any resolution as describ-
ed in SectlOn 1, above give notice to this Council of said
receipt.
Section 3. That the intent of this resolution is to deter-
mine the feasibility and advisability, only of
a Joint and mutual agreement with one or more other municipal-
ities for the ultimate disposal of sewage and that upon deliv-
ery of said report to the Village Council the officers above
named shall take no ftarther proceedings except upon further
directs n and authorization of the Village Council.
