VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
WATER WORKS IMPROVEMENT 1960 -2 and 1960 -3
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a lateral water main
improvement in ti.e Village of Mounds View, and "chat said improvement
shall be designated as water works improvement 1960 -2 and water works
improvement 1960 -3, and to assess the benefited property for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Mi:.resota
Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amend-
ed),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by he Villar;e Council of
Mounds View, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Comstock and
Davis for study and that they are instructed to report to ttre Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary *ray as
to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
ehould best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve-
ment, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recomme._ded.
Said resolution was moved by Malvin and seconded by Smith
and was passed unanimously.
