of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the Red Oak School House in said Village on Monday, April
11, 1960 at 8100 o'clock P. M., with the following members present:
Crane, Smith, Hodges, Christensen Malvin
and the following members absent:
None.
The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the Notice
of Preliminary Hearing called to be held at this time on Waterworks
Improvement No. 1960 -2, which affidavits were examined, approved
and ordered filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the
purpose of conducting said preliminary hearing: and after all members
of the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the
following persons entered oral or written objections to said improve-

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY OBJECTION
Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows:

Member Hodges then introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT NO.
1960 -2 AND DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE
DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of
(1) That Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -2 is hereby
ordered; and
(2) That the Comstock and Davis, Consulting Engineers, Rosemount,
Minnesota, is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
detailed plans and specifications for said improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member Malvin and upon a vote being taken
thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof:
Crane, Smith, Hodges, Christensen Malvin
and the following voted against the same:
None.
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
meeting of the Village Council of si:id Village held on the date therein
indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my office and
that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar
as said minutes relate to the proceedings of a preliminary bearing
held on Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -2, ordering said improvement
and directing the engineer to prepare detailed plans and specifications.
WITNESS My hand officially as said Clerk and the official
