Member moved:
WHEREAS, the matter of sewage disposal is searimn ,,rabtem to
the residents of this municipality; and
WHEREAS, this council previously has decoded to participate with
the councils of oi.er municipalities in the North suburban area in stadie
to determine the alvisubility and feasibility of establishing a sewage
disposal plant and system for the municipalities; and
WHEREAS, studies and discussions among represent t_i es of the
municipalities and attorneys and engineers of the municipalities; and
WHEREAS, no further progress can be made, except by the expendi-
ture of funds for engineering studies which can best be :.jade GO a partici-
pating and
WHEREAS, other municipalities will appropriate the sum of One
Thousand and no/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars each toward paying for those
engineering studies;
NOW, THEREFO ::E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council for the Village of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that there be and there hereby is
appropriated the ...••u of One Thousand and no /1O0 ($1,000.10) Dollars from
the f!" ds of this municipality toward the payment of se'ier age min eerino
studies to be undertaken jointly with other municipalities in the forth
Suburban area; and this municipality hereby binds itself to pay said sum.
