WHEREAS, tho Village of Mounds View pursuant to
Minnesota Statutos and for tho bast interests of the employees
of the Villago of Mounds View adopt tho heroinaftcr set out
rules and regulations governing tho vacations and conditions
of the vacations of the omployees of the Village of Mounds Viowi
NOW, THEREFORE, 7E IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council
that tho following rules and regulations covering the vacations
of the emp?ayoes of the Village of Mounds View be adopted and
placed in effect as follows: to wit:
Section 1. This resolution shall apply to:
Patrolman Pierce one week vacation.
Section 2. Tho employee or employees coverod by this
resolution shall be granted a vacation with pay pursuant to
the following terms:
Said employee (employees) shall be granted
week (weeks) of vacation with pay for the calondar year of 1960.
