VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION CLASSIFYING CERTAIN LANDS AS NONCONSERVATION
LAND.
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County
by resolution dated October 26, 1959, classified as nonconservation
land certain parcels lying within the limits of the Village of
Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution
together with a list of theland classified has been submitted for
approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in
accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, Subdivision 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of
the land shown on said list as nonconser;aticr, land and the sale
thereof be and hereby is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and hereby
is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office
of the County Auditor.
I, Earl E. Smith, Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, do
hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a
resolution passed by the Council of the Village of Mounds View,
at its meeting held on the 10th day of Oc ober, 1960. f/
