VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE1, M ENISOTA
Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Oounsil of the Village of Mounds View. •'iauesota was hold at
the Red Oak School in said Village en the 23rd day of January 1961 at
8s00 p.m. with the following member* presents

its adoptions
A RESOLUTION MODIFTIN0 ASS3S .IUT$ FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVR*[RMT.
WHEREAS, The Village Gounsil has determined that certain assessments
are to be modified or divided,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE I? RESOLVED, That the following list of
modifications and divisions, a copy of whim is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the spaniel swan
atiinet the lands named therein, and cash treat of land therein iaeluded
is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount
of the 111404ftent lsvi®d against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments
extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the ins is
to be peysble an or after the first Monday in January. 1961 and *all beer
interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum Prom the date of the adoption
of this anessmen. resolution. To the first installment shall be added
interest an the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until
Dsommhor }l. 1961. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added
nterest for one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prier to
lion of the assessment to the county auditor. pay the of the

satire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this
resolution; and he say. at any tine thereafter. pay to the oeunty treasurer
the entire amount of the aesesament remaining unpaid. with interest accrued
to Member 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
moditiOation and division to the county auditor to be extended on the proper
tax lists Of the county. and such assessments shall be oolleoted an paid
over in the seas meaner ae other municipal taxes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution van duly
seconded by Member 3L 1 u and upon a vote being taken. the
relieving members voted in favor thereof:
