EITRACT OF MINUTES OF HINTING
OF TEE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notion thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View. Minnesota ors held at the
Rod Oak 8simsol in said Village on the 28th day of November. 1960 at 8100
o'clock p.n. with the following members presents Crane, Christenson, Hodges.
Malvin and Smith
and the telleving members absents None
Member Christensen introduced the following resolution and moved its
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR WATER WORKS I1PROVEMB1T
NO. 1960 -1C.
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Water Works
Improvement Mo. 1960..10. bids were reoeivod, opened and tabulated aocording to
law, and the following bide were received oesplying vith the advertisements

1a the lowest reepensible bidder, with a base bid of $6,420.00

(1) The mayor and clerk are hereby authorised and directed to
enter into the attached contra," with Lasetti Sons. Inc. of St. Paul
in the name of the Village of Mounds View for the improvement designated ea
Water Wo Inproveaent Me. 1960..10 according to the plans and speeifisatieno
therefeee approved by the Village Council and on file in the offish of the
Village Clark.
(2) The Village Claris is hereby authorised and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
ttet the deposits of the suocenaful bidder and the next lowest bidder
be retained until a contraot has signed.

The notion for the adoption of tho foregoing resolution was draly
ascended by Member Smith, and upon a vote being taken, tha following
bore voted in favor t6ai'ofs Crane, Christenson, Malvin, Hodge® and Smith
and the following members votsd agairs t the None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
Adopted by the Council this 28th day of November, 1960.
