EXTRACT 07 MINUTES CALLING FOR A
RESOLUTION REINSTATING ASSESSMENTS
At a regular meeting held on the day of
19,G at o'clock p.m. in the Red Oak School within the Village
of Mounds View the following resolution was moved by Counalimaa
and seconded by Councilman
A RESOLUTION REASSESSING PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMEPT
WHEREAS, An assessment was levied an Lot 10 :1 Spring Lake Park knoll_
Addition to the Village of Mounds View in the amount of $556.17 on or about
the IL day of 1960, and
WHEREAS, Said assessment was paid by the property owner, namely
Emil T. Pearson by check and said assessment was removed from the assessmen'
roll book, and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the payment of said assessment the check
paying same was ordered stopped and therefore the assessment was not paid,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNDS VIEW
That the assessment on Lot 103 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition t_ the
Village of Mounds View in the amount of $556.17 be reinstated on the
assessment roll, and be recertified to the County Auditor's office for
collection. Said assessment shall be reinstated according to the same terms
and provisions of the original assessment levy.
Said resolution was seconded by Councilman and
the following vote was taken thereon: Those voting in favor:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, LO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a neeiir,
of the Village Council of said Village held on thc date therein indicated
with the original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same
is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate
to proceedings of a resolution reassessing property for public improvement.
