Pursuant to duo call and mottos thereof, a regular meeting of the
Yillag� Comasil of the Village of Mounds View. "1nneseta was held at

A RESOLUTION MODIFY= ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVREENT.
litEitEAS. The Village Council has determined that certain aaaossments
are to be modified or divided.
NOW, 1HSit8F0aE, BE I? ESSOLVED. That the foUawir.g list of
modifications and divisioma, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof. is hereby aseepted and shall constitute the special asaoss_e t
against the lands named therein. and each tract of land therein included
is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount
of t levied molest it.
Z. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments
oz over a period of fifteen the first of the installmeets
to be payable on or after the first Monday in January. 1961 and shall bear
interest at the rate of 6 per oeot per annum from the data of the adoption
of this sanent resolution. To the first installment shall be added
interest an the entire eseceement from the date of this resolution until
December 31. 1901. To mash subsequent installment when duo shall be added
interest for one year on all unpaid inetallments.
31. The owner of any property so assessed may. at any time prior to
oatinn of the assessment to the county auditor. pay the wheae of the
aseesoment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of paynent.

WHEREAS, An assessment was levied on Lot 10j Spring Lake Park Emile
Additiea to the Village of Mounds View Essept the East 100 feat thereof
in the exeunt of $556.17 OM or about the .42 day of /2z0-6/----4-- L
1960, and
WHEREAS, laid assessmeat was paid by the property owner, Namely
E mil T. Pearson by cheek hard said aseesmant was removed from the
seseasment roll book, and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the payment of said assessment the sleek

resolutiono and he may, at any tine thereafter. pay to the county treasurer
the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest aocreea
to Deeember 31 of the year in wnioh such payment is made.
4. Tho clerk stall forthwith transmit a mortified duplicate of this
modification and division to the county auditor to be extended on the prone-
Lax lists of the county, and such assessments shall be oollected and paid
over in the acne manner as other municipal taxes.
