Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at
Red auk Rohool in said Village on the 22 day of!{ay
1961 at 810 O,a. with the following members present: A. Oran*
L.Blanohard, P.Malvin i M.Ch_rist sins ell and D.Iiodge
and the following members absents none
its adoptions
The Village Council has determined that certain assessments
are to be modified or divided,
BE IT -VZD, That the following list of modifications
divisions, a copy of which is attached hereto and mmdle a part hereof,
is horergy accepted aui shall ounotitute the special assessment against the
lands mimed therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found
to be =•ur. tited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the aaaesamsrt
levied mkt it.
2. ch assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments
sets over a period of fi.tteao years, the first of the installments to be
payable on or after the first M3ondsy in January, 1961 and shall bear interest
at the sate of 6 per cent per mum fri the data of the adoption of this
