RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THAT THE ATTACHED LIST
OF ASSESSMENTS HAVE RP EN PAID.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain
assessments have bee:: aid,
WOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following List of

The Cleric shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this list to the County auditor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
Was duly seconded by Member Chriatensaiii and upon a vote being taken, the
following members voted in favor thereof: Hedges, Christensen, Malvin Cr
and the following members voted 'against the same: RIMS
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
