Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village offices in
said Village on the 9th day of October 1961 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. with
the following members present: Crane, Blanchard, Hodges, Christensen,
Malvin
and the following members absent: none
Membe: ChristensolsOtroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS_ the Villasre Council at its budget meeting has determined that the
following tax levy should be certified to the County Auditor:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village Council does establish and
hereby certify to the Ramsey County Auditor that its tax levy for 1962 shall be
$51 ,887'r4 and that said levy shall be for General Fund purposes only t $1,283.30
for Civil Defense, and $1,829.56 for PLRA. Total $55,000.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Hodges and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in
favor thereof: Blanc .ard, Crane, Christensen, Hodges, and Malvin
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was de.1ared passed and adopted.

OF MOUNDS VIEW TO BE COLLECTED IN 1962.

I, the undersigned, being the duly quali'ied and acting Clerk of the Village
of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extra_t of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a cortiftr:ation of the tax levy fui
the year 1962.
