OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to dui call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 25th day of September 1961 at 8:00 o'clock
p.m. with the following members present: Crane, Malvin, Hodges, Christensen and
Blanchard
and the following members absent: None
Member Crane introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING AN ASSESSMENT FOR WATERMAIN apROVSIB3NT.OSS
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that a certain assessmet
is to be corrected and modified:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the following assessment and modification,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted
and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein.
The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this modification
and correction to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the
County, and such assessment shall be collected and paid over in the sane canner
as other municipal taxes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Hodges and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in favor
thereof: Crane, Malvin, Hodges, Christensen and Blanchard
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared gassed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution correcting an assessment
fa•w termain improvement.
