APPOINTING A REPRESpENTATIV.E
NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
A RESOLUTION 'DESIGNATING AND
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIIE
FOR THE YEAR 1962.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF Mounds View
SEC. 1: That pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1961, Extra Session,
Chapter 90, Sec. 5, Subdivision 2, the Council of the
Village of Mounds View makes the following selection
and appointment, to -wit: That Allan B. Crane is hereby
appointed from among the members of the Council of the Village of
Mounds View as a member of the Board of Trustees
of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District to serve on said
Board of Trustees of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District
during the year 1962 and until his successor is appointed and
qualified. That before commencing said service on said Board of
Trustees, the said appointee shall qualify for said service as
required by law.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 3rd DAY OF January
1962
