Persuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View,
Minnesotawas held at the Mounds View Village Hall in said Village
on the 19th day of February, 1962 at 8100 P.M. with the following
members present' Crane, Blanchard, Hodges, and Sullivan.
Member Crane introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoptions
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mounds View agrees
that a Ramsey County League of Municipalities will be beneficial
for furthering research of problems common to the municipalities
and thereby aiding governmental progress.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
Village of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota in regular
meeting duly called and held in the Village Hall, that approval
is hereby given to Chapter 728, Laws of 1962, which permits the
organization and operation of a Ramsey County League of Munici—
palities and for the Village to hold membership therein.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Blanchard, and upon a vote being taken, the
following members voted in favor thereof:
Crane, Hodges, Sullivan, and Blanchard and the following members
voted against the sames
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY
That I have carefully compared the attached foregoing extract of
minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and correct
transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a
resolution certifying membership in the Ramsey County League
of Municipalities.
