VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE Cr MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT
OF HIGHWAYS TO CONSTRUCT A CROSS OVER AT THE
INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 10 AND EDGENOOD DRIVE.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, held at
the Village Hall in said Village on the 9,h day of Atiril _19!62
at 8.00 o'clock p.m. with the following members present:
Crane, Blanchard, Hodges, Malvin, Sullivan

and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, The Village of Mounds View has recently completed its
municipal building located at 2401 Highway 10, where it intersects with
Sdgewood Drive, and
WHEREAS, Said municipal building contains among other things the
village offices, village maintenance department and police department, and
WHEREAS, It has been determined that because of the lack of a
cross over at the intersection of Highway 10 and Edgewood Drive village
personnel do not nave easy and convenient access to all parts of the village
for purposes of health, safety, and general welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds Vier
requests the Minnesota Department of Highways to construct a cross over on
Highway 10 where it intersects with Edgewood Drive in said village for
purposes of public health, safety, and the general welfare of the residents
of the village.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
following members voted in favor thereof: Crane, ltlancitard, Hodges,
Malvin, and Sullivan
and the following members voted against the same:
