RESOLUTION 103
At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council
19 62, the following Resolution was
duly held on the 14th day
offered by Lloyd J. Blanchard Village Clerk
seconded by Allan B. Crane Mayor
to -wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the
improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 394 renumbered as Trunk
Highway Fumber 35W within the corporate limits of the
Village of Mounds View from the That Corporate Malta
to County Road H2 and
WHE,(EaS said plans are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as S.P. 6284 -23 (T.H. 351=394)
and dated Hay 4, 1962
WHEREAS copies of said plans as so dated, marked, labeled and
identified are also on file in the office of the Verge Clerk;
and
of Trunk Highway Number 394
within the limits of the Village of
be and the same hereby are approved.
Mounds View
WHLdiaS the term "said plans" as hereinafter used in the boy of
this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and
incorporate the plans in the foregoing recitals particularly identified
and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans for the improvement
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
in said plans be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given
to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said
Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Aigbway Number, 35W
in accordance with said plans.
Upon the call of the roll the following 5 voted in
favor of the Resolution: Blanchard Crane Sullivan. Hodges and

of which due and legal notice was given) of the Village Council of Mande Vier
