for the construction of a municipal water utility plant including water tank
and tower; and that installment charges for local improvements Nos. 34 and
35 were inadvertently extended against said land for 1961 in the amounts of
$136.94 and $234.48 respectively, though the Village is exempt from taxation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota, in regular meeting, duly called and
held thisl4th day of May, 1962, that the 1961 installments of local assessments
in the amounts of $136.94 and $234.98 and the balance of all unpaid assessments
in the amounts of $967.49 and $1656.66 levied against the aforementioned Village
property for collection be hereby cancelled.
Adopted by the Village Council this 14th day of May, 1962, upon
motion by Lloyd J. Rlanchard seconded by Allan B. Crane
