its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
iun`.nrle Virtu; Minnesota as follows:
(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably
appropriated to the siri ins fund for the retirement of principal and
interest on Water Improvement FuryI dr_ted July 1st 19 60 the
sum of $20.800.00
(2) That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby
requested and directed to reduce by the the taxes
levied for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the said
principal and interest, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 475.61.
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly
seconder by member Hodges ana upon a vote being taken
thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof
Crane, Blanchard, Malvin, Hodges, Sullivan
and the following voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of Village of Mounds View Minnesota DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I
