VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS ON VILLAGE
OWNED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has acquired the fee title in
certain lands located within its boundaries, and
WHEREAS, water area and :.._,,..r lateral assessments were extended
the following described land though the Village is exempt from taxation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota, in a regular meeting, duly called and held
the day of 1963 that the assessments levied against the
following described property be hereby cancelled.
