WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has now prepared special

which, together with the I•:innesota Department of Highways Specifications
for Highway Construction, da;:ed May 1, 1959, on file in the office of
the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for the im
provement of Trunk Highway :.umber renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 35W and
W;AS a copy of said special provisions as so marked, labeled
and identified is also on file in the office of the Minos Clerk
NOW, THEN RE IT RESOLVED that said special provisions for the im-
provement of Trunk Highway Number 394 ,renumbered as Trunk Highway
