to -wit: <br />At a (special) meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Mound* View duly held on the /-3 dsy <br />of l j the fo solution was <br />offered by <br />seconded by <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the <br />improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 3% renumbered as Trunk <br />Highway Number <br />and <br />County Road H-2 <br />35w <br />6 <br />RESOLUTION -wimmi <br />within the corporate limits of the <br />Village of Monde View from east corporate Limits to <br />and <br />WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department <br />of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as S.P. 62E443 (T.H. 35Wi')%) S.P. 628440 (T.H. 35w394) <br />and dated_lard 1963 march 8, 1963 <br />AREAS copies of said plans are so dated, marked, labeled. and <br />identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; <br />MHEREAS the term "said plans" as hereinafter used in the body of <br />this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and <br />incorporate the plans in the foregoing recitals particularly identified <br />and described; <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans for the improvement <br />of Trunk Highway Number 396 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35w <br />Mounds <br />within the limits of the clump of View <br />be and the same hereby are approved. <br />
