Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 13th day of May, 1963 at 6:00 o'clock
p.m. with the following members present:
Sullivan, Hodges, Crane, Bla Malvin
and the following members absent:
none
Member Sullivan introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABATING THE ASSESSMENTS FOR WA18R MAIN IMPROVEMENT
ON VILLAGE OWED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following
assessments for Water Main Improvements have been levied against certain
parcels of land owned by the Village of Mounds View for parks and playgrounds,
as follows:

60- 7070- 260 -00 Lots 7,8,25 and 26, Property Location 6
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the 1962 assessments and all
previous assessments levied against the above described property be abated
and that the Village Clerk be authorized to file an application for relief
of Water Main Improvement assessments against the above described village
properties.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the County Auditor should not enter
assessment installments against any village properties
The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Crane

and upon a vote being taken, the
following members voted in favor thereof:
Crane, Blanchard, Malvin, Hodges, Sullivan
and the following members voted against the same: ri e
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HERESY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meting of the
Village Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated with the
original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same is a full,
true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a
resolution abating the assessments for water main improvement on village
owned property.
