COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ABATING 'PORTIONS OF AsSESSUENTS, PENALTIES
AND INTEREST THEREON ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED WITHIN
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
At a regular meeting held on the 27th day of November, /963 the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View resolved as follows:
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View for Waterworks Improvement No.
1962 -1, an improvement consisting of the construction of lateral water mains,
service lines, valves, hydrants and appurtenances thereto in the following
area:
On Long Lake Road from Centerline .irden Avenue 429" North
WHEREAS, that special assessments were levied by said Village
Council to defray in part the cost of the above described improvements, which
said assessments were confirmed by said Council by said Village of Mounds View
on the 10th day of September, 1962.
WHEREAS, Donald Voge is the owner in fee of the following described
real estate, situated and being in the Village of Mounds View, Ramsey County,
Minnesota to -wit:
Except Long Lake Road and County Road d, the Ni of NW{ of
Section 5, Township 30, Range 23
Except Long Lake Road the Si of Ni of NW4 of Section 5,
Township 30, Range 23
WHEREAS, Donald Voge objected and has appealed from such assessments,
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View and Donald
Voge have negotiated and agreed to compromise the assessment so levied in the
following manner,
Council Member Sullivan moves the following rest cation:
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village
of Mounds View that the above described assessment together with the penalty

and interest due thereon, are hereby abated by this Village Council and the
County Auditor is directed to make the following adjustments to his records.
For Waterworks Improvement No. 1962 -1 the total assessment due for
the year 1962 is:
$165.04
It is the intent of this resolution and it is the agreement of
the Village of Mounds View and Donald Voge that the above described payment
in the amount of $165.04 which includes interest is to be fully abated and the
County Auditor is to adjust his records accordingly.
Member Blanchard seconded the motion and upon roll call the
following vote was taken:
Those voting in favor of the resolution: Sullivan,. Blanchard, Malvin
and Hodges
Those voting nave: None
Said resolution was duly adopted this 27th day of November 1963.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office anu t`1t the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution abating portions of
assessments, penalties and interest thereon on certain lands located within the
Village of Mounds View.
WITNESS My hand officially and the official seal of the Village this
27th day of November, 1963.
