District, a district organized and existing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections
447.31 to 447.37, inclusive, and including; the arses of the Cities of Columbia
Heights and Fridley, and the Villages of Blaine, Circle Pima, Hilltop, Lexington,
Mounds View and Spring Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, by Lave 1963, Chapter 300 the Legislature of the State of Minne-
sota has authorized the detachment of any city or village from the district by the
procedure provided for dissolution or for organization of the district, which pro-
cedure requires approval by resolution of the governing body of each of the munici-
palities comprising the Diatrict,'and
WHEREAS, this Council has received and examined copies of resolutions
dated April 22, 1963 and July 2, 1963, adopted by the City Cecil of the City of
Columbia Heights and the Village Council of the Village of Circle: Pines, respec-
tively, requesting that said City and Village be detached from the District,
NOW, THEREFOR Na IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Villa °1'31 da
Vier Minnesota, that the detachment of the City of Columbia Heights and the
Village of Circle Pines from the North SOborben'Rospital District, pursuant to the
provisions of Laws 1963, Chapter 300 is approved by the Villagief Mouada'' Vier
