Be it hereby resolved by the Village Council cf ie::ra_ vie
dHEREAS, the Village of Moundsview has entered into.a contra.-1
with the Spring Lake Park Fire Department, Inc. to furnish fire
protection services to said municipality. :end
WHEREAS, there is organized the Spring, Lake Park Volunteer
Firemen's Benefit Association, Inc. composeu of members of the
Spring Lake Park Fire Department, Inc., and
TEAS, the Village ofMnundsview is authorf: <ed under applic• t
statutes of the State of Minnesota to levy app to 1 mills for
the funding of the Spring Lake Park Volunteer Firemen's Benefit
.`association, Inc. in adoition to any levies aide for fire protec-
tion services,
NOW, THEREFOF.E, the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
view does hereby resolve that for the calendar year of 1964, there
shall be levied with the said Tillage, mills. The
proceeds of such levy shall be turned over to the npring Lake Park
Volunteer Firemen's Benefit Associatbn, Inc.
