Notion by Blanchard to set a public hearing to rezone from R2 to
R3 the Nprth 390 feeet of the East quarter of the Northeast quarter of
the Northwest quarter, Section 3, Tomhship 30. Range 23, Ramsey County.
Minnesota. Hearing to be held oh Morley. Feb. 10,1964 at 9:00 P.M.

Mr. Skiba reported that the meters removed from the village by a
realtor.(reported at previous meeting) have been returned.
Mr. Piehowski presented plans for Cross of Glory Church, and requested
approval. Motion by lanchard to concur with building inspector°. re-
commendation and ahthorire him to issue building permit farCCroaa of
Glory Church. Seconded by LaVaque. 4 Ayes•
The Engineer reported that the new state aid requirements necessitated
the purchase of a new traffic counter by the village. This was laid over
to the next regular meeting for cost estimates by the Engineer.
The Attorney was directed to work with the Engineer and to prepare a
formal contract for engineering services.

The Attorney was inetrutted to ascektain whether or not the Count wile
pdy for easements and the Council can wake a decision an which alternate
route to take at that time.
Tha Attorney presented a resolution to request the County to change
the name of Spring Lake Park Road to Spring Lake Road. Motion by Blanchard
to adopt Resolution #145. Seconded by Rusted. 4 Ryes.
A resolution referring to change of ::easements for project 1960 -1
and 1960 -2 was presented. Motion by Hodges to adopt Resolution #146.
Seconded by Rusted. 4 Ayes.
A resolution referring tc change of assessments for protect 1961 -1
was presented. Motion by Rustad to adopt Resolution #147. Seconded by
LaVaque. 4 Ayes.
A resolution regarding certain assessments was presented. Motion by
LaVaque to adopt Resolution #149. Sec !nded by Rusted. 4 Ayes.
Resolution #148 covers the following divisions: #32738(&A. 32981
(MA 34 35), 32473. 32773 (AA 35,37), 321343 ('.;A 34 r+ 37).
A resolution abating assessment of 11.36 was presented. Motion by
Hodges to adopt Resolution #149. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
Copies of letters frcm the Attcrney to the Bard of Health, New Brighton
Council, Chies Bros.. regarding the condition and operation of the Chies
dump were placed on file.
