VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS The Board of Ramsey County Commissioners did adopt a
resolution on December 30, 1963, establishing, locating and designating the
following as County State Aid Highways
CSAH 44 Silver Lake Road from Rice Creek Road (CSAH 11) to County
Road I (CSAH 3)
CSAH 3 County Road I from Silver Lake Road (CSAH 44) to T. H. 10
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of
Mounds View that the action of the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners
establishing, locating and designating the County State Aid Highways as set out
above within the corporate limits of the Village of Mounds View is, in all things,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 24thday of February 1964.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on February 27, 1964 with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution establishing, locating and
designating certain streets in the Village as County State Aid Highways.
