Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
the village Council of the Village of Mounds View,
was held at the village Ha]„ in said village on
day of Mal'F 1964 with the following
members present. Donald Hodges, Lloyd Blanchard, John L. Sullivan,
Ingram Rustad, Charles LaVaoue
and the following members absents none

resolution and moved its adoptions
A RESOLUTION CMITUPYING THAT THE ATTACHED LIST

WHEREAS. The V3llagw Council has determined that
certain assessments have been paid,
NOW. THEREF tE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following
list of prepaid assessments, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a pert hereof, is hereby accepted.
The Clerk shall forthwsith transmit a certified
duplicate of this list b the County Auditor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by Member Flugtad and
upon a vote being taken, the fallowing members voted Inform
thereof: Donald Hodges, Lloyd Blanchard, John L. Sullivan,
Ingram Rustad, Charles LaVaoue
and the following members voted against the saws none
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
