CHANGE IN: Sprvice Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2

RESOLUTION =1156
;1HERZAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 t'le special assessments
for the construction of Service Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above ::entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Service Water Improvement 1960 -1 and
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960 -2
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Service Water Improvement
1960 -1 and 1960 -2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
