WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View that the road hereinafter described should be designated as a municipal
state aid street under the provision of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500:
Member Blanchard moved as follows:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the
Village of Mounds View that the road described as follows, to -wit:
Edgewood Drive from County Road H to County Road H2.
be and hereby is established, located, and designated as a municipal state
aid street of said village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of
Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk of hereby authorized
and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and upon his approval of the
designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed,
improved and maintained as a municipal state aid street of the Village of
Mounds View, to be known as Edgewood Drive.
Said motion was seconded by Member Rustad
