Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Pillage Hall
in said Village on the 22nd day of June, 1964 at 8:00 P.M. with the following members
present: Blanchard, Hodges, La Vaque, Rustad
and the following members absent: None

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
163 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT FOR CONDUIT CROSSING UNDER
TH P8.
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department through its duly delegated
officials have agreed to reimburse the Village of Mounds View for the cost of the
construction of the 60" conduit to be constructed under TH #8, and
WHEREAS the reimbursement of said cost would be made on the basis of
"open cut" rather than the jacking construction method,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Mounds View requests
that the Minnesota Highway Department reimburse the Village for the cyst of the
construction of the 60" conduit on the basis of "open cut" construction, said conduit
to form a portion of the surface water drainage program of said village.
The motion for the adoption of t:., foregoing resoluti= wog duly
seconded by Member La Vaque and upon a vote being taken the following members
voted in favor thereof: Rustad, La Vaque, Blanchard, Hodges
and the following members voted against the same:
None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on
file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar
as said minutes relate to a resolution requesting reimbursement for conduit crossing
under TH 8.
WITNESS MY hand officially and the official seal of the Village this
22 day of June, 1964.
