BE 1T RESOLVED that the (Village) MAW enter into an agreement with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to -wits
to provide for payment by the State for the Statete share of the cost of the realign-
ment of Judioial Ditch No. 1 which crosses Trunk Highway No. 8 within the corporate
Village limits.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the (P (Mayor) and Clerk be and
they hereby aro authorized to execute such agreement.
