VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN APPLICATION.
At a special meeting of the Council of the Village of Mounds
View held on the 14th day of July, 1964 at the Village Hall located
at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul 12, Minnesota, the following resolution
was considered and adopted by the Village Council as follows:
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Conservation Department, Division of
Waters regulates the flow of certain waters in the State of Minnesota,
and Village of Mounds View, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has applied for a permit
from said Department to realign certain flow of waters in the Village
of Mounds View,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Mounds View that the Mayor of said village is authorized
to sign the permit application described above.
Member Rustad moved said resolution and Member
Schott seconded it.
Those voting in favor: Hodges, Blanchard, Schott,
Rustad, La Vague
Those voting against: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared adopted and passed the
date first above written.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village Clerk of
said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on July 14, 1964 with the original thereof
on file in my office, and that the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution
authorizing the mayor to Sign application.
WITNESS My hand and seal of said Village this 14th day of
July, 1964.
