EXTRACT OF KINUTZZS OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLi.G2 JOUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE J HELD ON
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 19. 1961 t' -e special assessments
for the construction of Jateral Water Service Water Improvement 1960 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above ::entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE:. COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Lateral Water Service Water Improve-
ment
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

at 8:00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Lateral Water Service

for the construction of Area Water improvement 1960 and 1960
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above :.:entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water Improvement 1960 1
