t, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on August 10. 1964
at {i P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Area Water Improvement

certain properties.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14. 1960 t'te special assessments
for the construction of ar Water Improvement 1960 1 and 1960 2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above ientioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached

Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water Improvement 1960 and 1960

against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the

Trustee Blanchard moved:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 19, 1961 tile special assessments
for the construction of Lateral and Service Water Improvement 1960 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above :entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Lateral and Service Water Improvement
1960 -3
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
