STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION VACATING EASEMENT
The North 30' of the south 744.43' of the east 1/4 of the southwest
1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23,
was submitted to the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 412.851, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was set and held on the 14th day of September, 1964
at 9:00 o'clock P.M. at the Mounds View Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul
12, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS such persons as desired to be heard with reference to the natter
were given an opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS no objections were raised to the vacation of this street,
Councilman Schott moved the following resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the North one -half of Woodcrest Drive
located between 4th Street and Edgewood Drive located in the Village of Mounds View,
more specifically described as follows:
The North 30' of the South 744.43' of the east 1/4 of the southwest
1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23
is hereby vacated. Member Blanchard seconded the motion and upon a vote being taken
the following members voted aye: Schott, Blanchard, Hodges, Rustad and La'laque.
Those voting against the proposition: None. The resolution was thereby passed and
approved the 28 day of
