the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was
held at the Village Hall in said Village on the day of October,
1964 at 8:00 P.M. with the following members present:
Rustad, Blanchard, LaVaque, Schott
and the following members absent: {q.ertrye- as
Member a Vqq :e introduced the following resolution an
moved its adoption.
WHEREAS, The Village Council at its budget meeting has
determined that the following tax levy should be certified to the
Ramsey County Auditor that its tax levy for 1965 collectable in 1965
shall be as follows: TOTAL '7,07c..00 General Fund

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member Sch tt and upon a vote being taken
the following members voted in favor therof: Sch •tt, ?.a Vague, Rustad
Dlanchard
and the following members voted against the same: n
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I
have carefully compared the attached f oragoing extract of minutes of
a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the date
therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my
office and that the same is a full true and correct transcript there-
of and in so far as said minutes relate to a certification of the
tax levy for the year 1965.
WITNESS my hand officially and the official seal of the
Village this day of October, 1964.
