Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption.
Be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Mounds View,
Minnesota as follows:
That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested
and directed to reduce by 24)300.00 the taxes levied for collection
in the next ensuring year for payment to the Sinking Fund for the
retirement of principal and interest on the Water Improvement Bond.
The total amount to be collected will be reduced from $24,300.00 to
None.
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was
duly seconded by Member La Vague and upon a vote being taken
thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof:
Blanchard, Rustad, La Vague, Schott
and the following members voted against the same: MR9131m.s None
whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clet'k•
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota do hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of ;a
meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on the date
therein indicated and that the same is a full ture and correct copy of
said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the declaration of excess
funds on hand in the sihtaing fund for Water Improvement Bonds and
requesting a reduction in taxes therefor.
