of Mounds View, adopted October 14. 1960 t'.e special assessments
for the construction of AREA WATER IIIPROV3=NT 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above :entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL

against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said
Village on the 23rd day of November, 1964 at 8 :00 p.m. with the following members
present: Hodges, Blanchard, Rustad, La Vaque, Schott
and the following members absent: None
adoption:
Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determf ed that the following assessments
for Lateral Water and Service Water Improvement 1961 -1 and Area Water Improvement
1960 -1 and 1960 -2 have been levied against the following described property in th
of Mounds View and such assessments should be abated as follows:
Registered Land Survey No. 153, Tract A in the amount of $102.62 for
MA #41
Registered Land Survey No. 153, Tract A in the amount of $11.47 for
MA #34
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessments
be abated in the amounts of $102.62 and $11.47.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of
this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly sve*uded
by Member Hodges and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in
favor thereof: Hodge, Blanchard, La Vaque, Schott, Rustad
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
