WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted September 16. 1958 t'.e special assessments
for the construction of Street Improvement 58
were levied again3t the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for street rmnrovement 58
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
