Parcel 22. The feu title to All that part of the Southeast Quarter of
Section Six (6), Township Thirty (30), Rams Twenty -three (23), lyin
Southwesterly of center line of State Trunk Highway 10 that lies soutt
of a line running southwesterly at right angles to cancer line of said
highway from a point thereon 1065.9 feet northwesterly measured along bui.i

Parcel 28. A temporary slope easement, disposal land /or stock pilau
together with the temporary right to clean and or realign and construct
ditch of Spring Creek (so called) upon and over said lots as shown in ti►n
construction plans of Silver Lake koad, project S.P. 62- 644 -04 over Lots
108 and 109 in Knollwood Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to expire uyou
completion of this project.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is ..dvised and believes that the moat feasible
location for such highway is on the lands above described;
AND WHWREAS, it has became necessary to procure title to such lands an.1
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW, THARIEFORE BE IT RfiSOLVMD, That the Village of Mounds View proceed Lo
procure title to such lands and *ailments under its right of eminent domain and that.
the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed to file the necessary petition
therefore and to prosecute such action to a successful conclusion or until it is
abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the village or by the court; that the village
attorney, the mayor and the clerk do all things necessary to be done in the eammencemar:t,
prosecution and successful termination of such action.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secou.._d
by Member LeVaque, and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in favor
thereof: Hodges, ilanchard, LaVayus, Rusted and Malvin
and the following members voted against the same: Nona
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
