COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RED OAK DRIVE BETWEEN T.H. 10
AND COUNTY ROAD J AS A COUNTY ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of Mounds View, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, is considering the effect of the relocation of T.1.10
by the Minnesota Highway Department and the proposed interchange at
its intersection with Red Oak Drive extended, and
WHEREAS, for the orderly continuation of the County Road
system, it will be necessary to provide a connection to this proposed
interchange for the welfare of the public as a whole, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest and welfare of the
public that this designation be done at this time so that future
.mprovements and maintenance be directed toward improving and routing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the Board of County
Commissioners by and hereby is petitioned to designate Red Oak Drive
between present T.H.IO and County Road J as a County Road.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly introduced by Malvin and seconded by Rusted
and upon a vote being take, the following members voted in favor thereof:
Hodges, Blanchard, Rustad, Malvin, La Vague
and the following members voted against the same: none
'whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified end acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes
of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the date
therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my office
and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar
as said minutes relate to a resolution designating Red Oak Drive, between
T.H. #10 and County Road J as a County Road.
