WHEREAS The Board of Ramsey County Commissioners did adopt a resolution
on January 11, 19 revoked as a County State Aid Highway that portion
of County Road I (C.S.A.H. 3)from Silver Lake Road (C.S.A.H. 44) to Trunk
Highway 10 and established, located and designated as an extension of
County State Aid Highway No. 44, a portion of Silver Lake Road described
as:
Commencing at the intersection of County Road I at the south one quarter
corner of Section 6, T. 30 N., R. 22 W., thence north and northeasterly
to its intersection witu the centerline of Trunk Highway 10, approximately
1,472 feet north of the south line of said section as measured along the
centerline of said highway
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of Mounds
View that the action of the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners revoking
that portion of County Road I and designating the extended .gent of
Silver Lake Road as set out above within the corporate limits of the
Village of Mounds View, is, in all things, approved.
