WHEREAS, Section 1 -20 of Ordinance No 15, also ku7wn as the Building Code,
authorizes the Village Council to establish the compensation for the electrical
and building inspectors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the electrical and building inspectors
shall retain as their full and total compensation for the duties performed in their
office eighty per cent (ts0 of all electrical permit fees, andlor building inspector
fees, and that they shall remit twenty per cent (20 of all fees collected to the
Village Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund.
