EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEI! HELD ON
PIBRUARY 23 1965
CHANGE IN: Lateral Water Luiroveaaat 1960 -1 L 1960-2

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 the special assessments
for the construction of Letimma Vat r I prove snt 1960 -1 1.19166
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for isteral eater Impremummt 1960-1 and 1960 -2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made af�ppa herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully

at a oo P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
for Lateral Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 19 1 0- because of the conveyance
of or replatting of certain properties.

of Mounds View, adopted October 14. 1980 the special assessments
for the construction of Area Tatar borovewst 1960 1 mad 1980 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments forArea Water LsprevImmuit 1960 -1 is 1960 -2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
