CHANGE IN: LATERAL WATER SERVICE WATER LEPROVE)EENT 1960 -3
Motion by: Blanchard
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the 'pillage Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 19, 1961 the special assessments
for the construction oflateral Water Service water Improvement 1960 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments f c r Lateral Water L aervice Ater Im rovemeat
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960 -3
to the Auditoxx of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 'VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water Improvement 1980 -1 and 1960 -2
